Scaling a Cross-border payments platform for businesses.
Design System, UX/UI Design
Verto is a global B2B payments platform that allows small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to make payments to their suppliers. They are a venture-backed product-led B2B company in a rapid growth stage.
Verto wanted to move of strategy from small-mid size businesses to larger, more enterprise level businesses with vertical specific areas of focus. Current website doesn't articulate our products in a simple way. In addition, we needed to improve the visual look and feel of the website, increase conversion rate and improve the credibility of the global payment platform.
Verto's visuals was refreshed, the new website focused on accommodating both the small-mid and enterprise-level businesses, CMS integration was done to benefit the marketing and development teams.
Research and UX audit
We conducted a comprehensive UX evaluation and research, focusing on Verto's product offerings. Our process involved analyzing analytical data, analyzed competitors, establishing user personas, refining navigation, optimizing the site's structure, and creating user pathways to enhance the performance of each page on their website.
Developing a website that's scalable.
The new website was going to be developed using Contentful as a CMS which accommodates the Verto's new marketing strategy. The website needed to be flexible enough to keep creating new contents, blogs, campaigns, use cases, etc.
We started with creating simple yet robust Design System where clear guidelines for typography, spacing, etc which will help maintain consistency and visual balance though out the website and product platform.
After 4 months of close collaboration and teamwork, we successfully modernized Verto's visual identity, improved overall user experience, simplified the information architecture, and designed all the visuals used on the new website, as well as created a system around patterns, visuals, colours, typography, modules, and components in general.
Verto launched in February 2023, with the development done by an external team which we worked closely without through out the development process. We're looking forward to our future collaboration.
